Each participant has their own team, differentiated by the color of the individual commitments. The legend at the bottom is also a control panel from which commitments and work packages can be dragged onto the board at any time. With an active profile, anyone can set work packages or request them from others. When the session is open, it is possible to set them directly on the board; when the session is closed, the backlog is always accessible for suggestions and drafts.

The lines, which we call “swimlanes,” can be customized for each project.
Whether they represent floors, areas, or media, the swimlanes can be moved or added to at any time. Based on these swimlanes, the work packages can be planned until the end of the project. Planning is always the same for individual days or months. An individual commitment is dragged onto the board and detailed.

At leanited, time planning with bars and lean meetings with daily cards are combined in one board. For us, lean means reducing complexity right from the start, and the uniform view immediately simplifies things considerably. Only the zoom level determines the view. Work packages can either be checked off as completed in their entirety or checked off daily as status reports in a lean meeting.

The data from the Lean meetings can be used at any time as a CSV interface for a report. When the session is closed, the changes and reasons for postponements are recorded. Depending on how often sessions take place, reporting can be flexibly adjusted.
